Since Hamptons Wines & Liquors are hosting an Absolut Vodka Tasting tomorrow at their East Hampton store, we thought we'd share another cocktail recipe that really made a big splash with us this summer. It's called “Absolut Basil” and it is a perfect melding of spicy & sweet. It reminded us of Trattoria Il Mulino's Testarossa that we experienced last year at their Trump Taj Mahal location in Atlantic City. Both drinks are a great compliment to rustic, Italian and Mexican fare. Try Absolut Basil paired with a brick oven pizza margherita...heaven!
