Nick Cannon got the party started in Southampton Friday night when the Giant Magazine cover star arrived, sans Mariah, to take over the tables at AXE Lounge.

Guests included Real Housewife Ramona Singer and husband Mario, who were definitely feeling the beat as the two danced, canoodled and sipped champagne at Mike Heller’s table into the wee hours.
