Heather Locklear looked absolutely radiant on Saturday when she arrived at the East Hampton home of Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper for the "Beaches and Bays Gala."
Locklear wore a black, strapless jumpsuit paired with summer sandals and an oversized copper clutch to the outdoor fund raiser. Aside from her dangling gold earrings, the only accessory this beauty was sporting was her flawless California tan.
The Nature Conservancy's cocktail kick-off party also welcomed Haley & Jason Binn, Liza Sandler & Donnie Deutsch, R.Couri Hay, Executive Director, Nancy Kelley, and the evening's Co-chairs, Leslie & Brian Brille and Mary Kathryn & Alex Navab.

Actually it's Lanvin not Lavin. I was at the party and she looked smashing. Heather couldn't have been more charming. She spoke with everyone and took photos. She is a true star, so gracious. She's always welcome in the Hamptons.
